Local delivery

For local customers that place orders via our website or by phone we will continue to offer basic drop-off delivery services to customer homes, we have provided our staff with disposable gloves, antibacterial gel and cleaning wipes to be used before and after every delivery. To avoid any unnecessary contact we are only able to deliver to your front door or garage.

Online orders & deliveries

Online orders are still being processed as normal, our delivery partner UPS has implemented various measures including introducing contact free delivery, this means customers will not be asked to sign handheld units. With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of your order.

We will continue to monitor developments very closely and will follow all Government and Public Health England guidance and advice.
